1.2 Purpose of the Terms of Service: This document, referred to as the “Terms of Service,” outlines the rules and guidelines for using ARC’s services and resources. It is designed to ensure a clear understanding of what users can expect from ARC and what ARC expects from its users.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and utilizing the resources provided by ARC, you, the user, agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the services offered by ARC. It is important that you read and understand these terms thoroughly before using our services.

2. Eligibility and Scope of Service

2.1 Eligibility Criteria for Users: Users must be of legal age or 18, whichever is older, to access the Website. Users must meet this criterion to access the resources provided by ARC. All individuals not meeting this criteria should cease access to the Website immediately.

12.3 Entire Agreement and Understanding: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between ARC and the user, superseding all prior communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.

13. Member Area Access and Usage

13.1 Access to Member Area: The ARC website features a “Member Area”, which is a library of research on the legal system conducted by ARC. This area is accessible to users who have paid ARC for any purpose. Within 48 hours of successfully paying ARC, ARC will grant the payer access to the Member Area. All individuals with access to the Member Area will henceforth be referred to as “Members.” Access to the Member Area will remain indefinitely unless ARC ceases doing business, or the Member contacts ARC and requests their access to be revoked.

13.2 Non-Provision of Legal Advice: Although the Member Area contains extensive legal research, ARC does not provide legal advice. The information is for educational and informational purposes only.

13.3 Membership Fees: To access the Member Area, individuals are required to pay ARC. Access to the Member Area, and the ability to pay ARC for any and all reasons, is by invitation only.

13.4 Use of Member Area Content: Content within the Member Area is to be used solely for personal research and reference. Redistribution or commercial use of this content is prohibited. No guarantee of truth or fact is made regarding the content in the Member Area.

13.5 Cancellation and Refund Policy: Members may contact ARC at any time and request their access to the Member Area be revoked. ARC does not offer refunds for any reason whatsoever.
